Professional Customized Set-Ups

  • 5 hours of service: If additional time is required (excluding set-up or tear-down), it can be negotiated within the service agreement.  
  • Additional time beyond contracted hours is billed at $100/hour.
  • Event Planning Consultation: We collaborate closely with you to ensure the success of your event.  This includes attention to meticulous details such as the “Protocol Playlist,” rehearsal, and event schedule.  
  • Customized Playlist: A playlist tailored to your specific tastes and preferences, complemented by an extensive digital library.  
  • Wireless Microphones: Available for toasts and speeches.  
  • Professional Sound System: We employ professional-grade sound systems to guarantee optimal quality and sound levels for both music and speech.
  • Professional Lighting: We provide an extensive range of color options with our modern up-lighting solutions.  Whether you prefer the warm glow of soft candlelit amber or vibrant festive colors, we can tailor the ambiance to suit the occasion and enhance the guest experience.
  • Video Display: We offer a 55-inch LED monitor featuring customized animated video displays to enhance the occasion.

  • Dancing on the Clouds:  Make your first dance unforgettable with PMG’s Dancing on the Clouds experience. Using the professional-grade ADJ Eliminator Mister Kool EP, we create a stunning low-lying fog effect that gives the illusion of dancing on a cloud. Safe and elegant, our setup uses standard water-based fog fluid and regular or dry ice to ensure both beautiful visuals and guest safety.
